RETURN

Unfortunately, returns are not possible for us. However, you can exchange the dress for a different size (if still available) within 14 days. Otherwise, you have to choose a different dress or a voucher that you can redeem with us at any time (valid for 1 year). When exchanging, you must know that all shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. The dress must be returned in perfect condition. It must not be torn or smell unpleasant. If the dress is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for costs. These costs vary depending on the dress. (SALE DRESSES ARE EXCLUDED FROM EXCHANGE/RETURN)

RETURNS

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Returns from non-EU countries
For returns from non-EU countries, it is mandatory that the shipment is properly declared as a return (Return of Goods) and an invoice is attached to the outside of the package.

If this is not done, delays may occur or the shipment may be stored at customs. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to charge the customer for any customs and processing fees incurred.

We accept no liability for returns that cannot be delivered due to missing or incorrect declarations.
