Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the country of delivery.
How do your dresses fit?
Our dresses generally fit true to size. These are EU sizes. Please also refer to our size chart on the respective product page.
Where is my package?
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 1–3 working days. Express shipments usually take 1–2 working days. Within the EU, delivery time is approximately 4–7 working days.
Where do your dresses come from?
We source our dresses from selected manufacturers. Tuya Dress is based in Germany.
How can I order?
You can easily order via our online shop at tuya-dress.de.
How can I pay?
We offer various payment options such as PayPal, Klarna and credit card. The currently available payment methods will be displayed to you at checkout.
Can I try on the dresses?
Yes. You can try on our dresses in person at our store in Gelsenkirchen. Since we also operate an online shop, stock may change at short notice.
Can I reserve a dress?
Unfortunately, reserving our dresses is not possible.
Do you rent dresses?
No. Our dresses are sold exclusively and not rented.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed in the order of their arrival. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the return. Depending on the payment provider, a short bank processing time may follow.
